Monarch Liquor has two family-owned stores in Austin, Texas: East Austin at 1902 E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and Lakeway at 1700 Ranch Road 620 N #107B. Both are open Mon–Sat 10am–9pm and closed on Sunday. Order online for delivery or curbside pickup; every recipient must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID.

Is Monarch Liquor open on Sunday?
No. Texas law requires package liquor stores to close on Sundays, so both Monarch Liquor stores are closed every Sunday. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 9pm.
Is Monarch Liquor open on holidays?
Yes. Both stores are open every holiday except Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, when Texas law requires liquor stores to close. Regular hours apply on all other holidays: Monday through Saturday, 10am to 9pm.
What time does Monarch Liquor close?
Both stores close at 9pm Monday through Saturday and are closed on Sunday. Holiday hours are posted on each store page when they differ.

Where do you deliver?

How much does delivery cost?
The delivery fee is shown at checkout. It's typically $5, and we often run promotions for $0 delivery.
How fast will my order arrive?
You can place an order any time. Deliveries go out during store hours, from 30 minutes after opening until 30 minutes before closing, Monday through Saturday.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No. Texas law requires liquor stores to close on Sundays, so we deliver Monday through Saturday, 10am to 9pm.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes. The person receiving the order must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at handoff. If no one of age is available to accept the order, it returns to the store.
Can I return or exchange a product?
No. Under TABC law, alcohol can't be returned once sold, so please check your order at handoff. If something is wrong with an order, call the store you ordered from.
Can you special order something you don't carry?
Yes. We often bring in new or exclusive products for our customers. Give us a call and we'll see what we can work out.
Do large orders need anything extra?
Yes. Orders over $300 require the physical payment card to be present at the time of delivery, along with the recipient's photo ID.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes! Add delivery instructions at checkout and we'll bring the order to your recipient. The recipient must be 21 or older and show valid ID when accepting the delivery.
