Monarch Liquor delivers spirits, wine, and beer from two Austin stores, Monday through Saturday, 10am to 9pm. Order online and choose delivery or curbside pickup. Each store delivers to its own side of town. Every recipient must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID.

- ID
- The person receiving the order must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at handoff. If no one of age is available to accept the order, it returns to the store.
- Orders over $300
- Orders over $300 require the physical payment card to be present at the time of delivery.
- Gifts
- Yes! Add delivery instructions at checkout and we'll bring the order to your recipient. The recipient must be 21 or older and show valid ID when accepting the delivery.
- Returns
- Not permitted. Under TABC law, alcohol can't be returned once sold, so please check your order at handoff.
- Special orders
- We often bring in new or exclusive products for our customers. Give us a call and we'll see what we can work out.

ID & Age Policy
Monarch Liquor is a TABC-licensed retailer, and we take that seriously. Every delivery and curbside order is verified at handoff:
- The person accepting the order must be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required — no exceptions.
- We cannot leave alcohol unattended, with a minor, or with anyone who appears intoxicated.
- If no eligible recipient is available, the order returns to the store and our team will contact you to reschedule.
- Orders over $300 require the physical payment card to be present at the time of delivery.

We're on the big delivery apps too, so order wherever is easiest. Ordering directly from us is usually at least 5% cheaper, and it arrives faster with fewer issues because our own team packs and delivers it.

Where do you deliver?
Our East Austin store delivers across East and Central Austin, and our Lakeway store delivers to all Lakeway neighborhoods, Steiner Ranch, and the Lake Travis area. Not sure if you're in our zone? Call East Austin at (512) 614-4949 or Lakeway at (512) 300-0065 and we'll check.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery fee is shown at checkout. It's typically $5, and we often run promotions for $0 delivery.
How fast will my order arrive?
You can place an order any time. Deliveries go out during store hours, from 30 minutes after opening until 30 minutes before closing, Monday through Saturday.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No. Texas law requires liquor stores to close on Sundays, so we deliver Monday through Saturday, 10am to 9pm.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes. The person receiving the order must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at handoff. If no one of age is available to accept the order, it returns to the store.
Can I return or exchange a product?
No. Under TABC law, alcohol can't be returned once sold, so please check your order at handoff. If something is wrong with an order, call the store you ordered from.
